I had the best birthday dinner at Mezza with Liz as our server! We live just around the block and always have a great time here, but Liz made our night even more special. The team had put out confetti and a sweet card for my birthday. They also brought over a delicious dessert with a candle after our meal was complete as a surprise. Liz was always there when we needed something and just really fun and personable. We had a beautiful table by the back window and the atmosphere was perfect. On top of all that, the food was delicious as always. I am begging Mezza to add the French Onion Soup that was a special to the permanent menu because wow! It was the best French Onion Soup I’ve ever had in my life! Also special shoutout because the polenta that comes with the meatballs is quite literally perfect. Thank you so much Liz, the entire team at Mezza, and whoever made that soup for a wonderful dinner. We will certainly be back time and time again.

Great restaurant in Neptune Beach. They have outside dining, main dining room (my preference) and the bar area. I love the ambiance the candle lights on each table add just the right amount of light. The entries are excellent. I ordered the filet and it was one of the best I have had, very tender and cooked perfectly. We also ordered calamari and lamb lollipops as our appetizers, the lollipops were my favorite. For dessert we split the bread pudding which also excellent. The valet is just outside the front door and the restaurant will validate your ticket so parking is free. Great place!

My wife couldn't wait to get back to her favorite Italian restaurant. She said it is better than any on her two trips to Italy! And it was great again. Felicia was extremely efficient and friendly. Gave great recommendations. Mazzo salad great. Seafood great. And desserts. Thanks! Sorry the desserts were eaten up before photo!

An unforgettable Italian dining experience! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. We had the gnocchi, fried calamari, risotto with scallops, and pappardelle with short rib ragu, and each dish was perfectly executed, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Also had a Cucumber Kiwi Gimlet that was delicious and very refreshing. The highlight of our visit was the impeccable service from Delina. Her honest and excellent recommendations were spot on, making our meal even more enjoyable. She provided top-tier service, elevating our experience to another level. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine with exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing experience here! We came for my Mom’s birthday and our server, Georgia, made our night so wonderful! She was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu! I will definitely be back to see Ms. Georgia! :)

Fantastic food in an upscale atmosphere. The service was great; everything about this place is outstanding. The short rib pappardelle was some of the best I've had. The burrata was fresh and the bread was great. Excellent wine list with lots of by glass options. Highly recommend this world class resturant!

What an absolutely wonderful Christmas Eve dinner we had at Mezza Luna! Our server Steve had perfect timing in bringing all the delicious items that we ordered from the gracious menu and was spot on with his suggestions. Other servers stopped by to ask if we needed anything else, so thanks to Taylor & Georgia & even the general manager came by for a visit, thank you. The appetizers, the entree, and desserts can only be described as of the highest quality of fine dining!! Just take a look and decide for yourself! Thanks again for such a memorable dinner!

We went to Mezza for my birthday celebration and it was great. Our waitress was beyond sweet and helpful, our food was delicious and fresh, there was full mocktail menu that we enjoyed, and they even had some birthday decorations on the table for us to celebrate. They definitely made this birthday dinner one to remember!!
